Kiwi Wine abounds polyphenol and organic acids, so it will give you deeper taste, if it is ripened at a lower temperature. Through low temperature fermentation not exceeding 20°C, it reduces the content of methanol and accetaldehyde, the major culprit of hangover. More than ten organic acids in Kiwi fruits such as quinic acid, malic acid, and citric acid gice Kiwi Wine its characteristic refreshing taste and flavor, which is well balanced with the sweetness of well-ripened kiwi fruits and the faint saltiness added by sea breeze from our kiwi orchard at the seaside. Characteristic aroma originated from the flavor of kiwi, and volatile esters created through fermentation and ripening at a low temperature gives Kiwi Wine a nice bouquet which enhances the flavor of our golden wine.
When served at 8 ~ 10°C, you can enjoy the true taste of Kiwi Wine. It also goes well with sashimi. In good harmony with a slice of sashimi, Kiwi Wine will enhance the taste of sashimi with faint fruit aroma from the wine glass.
