The honey liqueur Krupnikas was blended by Bernardine monks who settled in Lithuania in the 16th century.
A testimony of the old chronicles, the honey liqueur “Krupnikas” was blended by Bernardine
monks who settled in Lithuania in the 16th century. The golden-coloured honey liqueur with
herbs and mint aroma, which was very expensive at that time, was a favourite of the noblemen.
In the early 20th century, in the independent Lithuania, this exclusive liqueur was the most
popular drink of the nobility. The taste of “Krupnikas” tested by time does not lose its popularity
even today. Recommended to serve warm.
