Kurkure food processing line
The kurkure are extruded snack ,very crunchy and great in taste ,kurkure are made by extrusion process,the kurkure corn meal is moistured in the mixer with water ,fed to rotary die the extruder,in the extruder ,due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the maeal gets heats and moistures content get reduce.the meal passes through die and get cut by cutting knife into requried length.the kurkure are fried in the oil ,and cooled before flavoring .the Seasoning is sprayed on the kurkure to improve the taste
Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos extruder is unique because every piece is varied in length and diameter giving a home made effect the texture of the product is very distinct. After it is fried the product is crunchy in bite

Machines involved in making Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos:
1. Flour Mixer
To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos
2. Rotary Die Extruder
To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos
from the die. The rotary die twists and curls the meal before extruding giving a uniform texture
3. Automatic Frying Machine
To fry the Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos in hot cooking oil. The uniform frying introduces the crunchy taste to the Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos
4. Cooling Conveyor
To cool the fried Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheetos and reduce the temperature before packing
5. Automatic Seasoning System
To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure/Nik naks/ Cheeto
to give the different flavors to them
