Pour 360ml of heated pork and chicken soup stock into the bowl.                                                      4. Mix well.                                                                                                                                       5. Cook some noodles and drain them, then place into the bowl.                                                           6. Stir the noodles with chopsticks to break them up.                                                                        *** Serve with BBQ pork, bamboo shoots and spring onion as toppings.
