Properties: white rhombic crystal or crystalline powder. Has slght sweet taste. M.P.: 234℃. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol and ether. Aqueous solution is acidic.
Use: As nutrition supplement; for amino acids transfusion; as Stabilizer of ferric salts.
