    This filling machine include three parts,washing ,filling,sealing,it also suits to beverage and tea hot filling,at same time if you change some components,you can use it to fill pure water and mineral water    

    This machine use advanced Micro-nagative pressure filling principle,filling fast,stable.It has comprehensive material reflux system, .It also can achieve reflux separated return air, don't contact with material,reduce material second pollution.

    This machine can meet under 95°c  hot filling requirement,filling valve and material pipe don't have health problem,it has CIP cleaning interface by itself,before filling washing the bottle mouth by RO water,ensure the bottle mouth don't have mildew,use magnetic torque screwing the cap,achieve catch caps and screw caps.This machine use man-machine interface touch screen controls,PLC computer program control,frequency control ect advanced technology.Supplying caps system automaticlly controls,filling temperature automatic test, when the material temperature is too high,automatic alarm.When temperature is too low,it automatic stop and material reflux.No bottle bo cap,if lack of caps,the machine in waiting stage.
