| Our darkest roast, equivalent to a French Roast, is a blend of high-grown coffees uniquely suited to this degree of roasting. The heat and duration of the roast renders the beans ebony brown, and brings the fragrant oils to the surface. The brew is rich with a bitter-sweet tang and a pungent smoky aroma, with notes of burgundy wine, clove, and a whisp of Pepper at the finish. Dedicated to a real life hero and our roast-master's father, Virgil Brown, a big-hearted man, who fought to free the people oppressed in World War Two, and worked the remainder of his life to help all manner of people as a Social Worker. |
