Red Varietals

 

1. Cape Blend ( Cabernet Sauvignon 50 %, Merlot 30 % , Cabernet Franc 20 % )

 

- The nose is typical of a well-crafted blend, not one of the cultivars stand out but is well integrated to show ripe fruit and soft dark berry flavors. On the pallets the Cabernet Sauvignon shows it is more powerful contribution of fruit, woody and herbaceous flavors. This will enhance the wines longevity. The aftertaste is well rounded off by the subtle Raspberry flavors of the Merlot and fine tannis of the Cabernet Franc portions.

 

2. Pinotage Malbec

 

- An intriguing combination of red fruit with a smoky lingering Mocha aftertaste. Undertones of spicy and ripe dark fruits give this wines a sensational mouth feel and lingering aromas.

 

3.Syrah Reserve

 

- Typical cooler climate aromas on nose, subdued black fruit with herbaceous undertones. Palate shows well-structured soft tannis , revealing dried herbs and pepper nuances dominated by dark fruit and subtle smokiness on aftertaste

1.Chenin Blanc Viognier

 

- Chenin Blanc , South Africa’s most widely planted white variety brings lots of fresh fruity peach and MELON flavors to the nose combined with the unmistakable spicy fruit , and tangy peach and lime from the Viognier . The blend is rich and soft on the pallet with lots of apricot, peach and melon flavors that linger in the mouth.
