This dessert liqueur is made by the infusion of wild strawberries, directly inside the bottle. The quantity of wild strawberries is 23%.

FRUIT: WILD STRAWBERRIES (Fragaria vesca)

WHERE TO FIND IT: This fruit is of European origin and can be found also in Asian temperate zones.

PROPERTIES: in Europe, refreshing properties are attributed to this friuti.

COCKTAILS AND USEFUL ADVICES:

• "CUPIDO" : pour a normal quantity of cold "FRAGOLINO SOLARE" in a tub, with some lemon juice drops and garnish with whipped cream.
  
• "LAURA": pour some lemon ice cream in a bowl and put  some
  "FRAGOLINO SOLARE" on it, with the addition  of few drops of "ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA ".
  
• "LORE" (refreshing drink): 1 part "FRAGOLINO SOLARE", 1 part lemon syrup, tonic water, ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
  
• It can be drunk straight as a dessert liqueur, iced or at room temperature
