2. Organoleptic Requirements
Appearance: A yellow to dark brown viscous liquid with some turgidity but free from extraneous matter.
Odour: Pleasant and characteristically malty.
Taste: Sweet, silghtly bitter with typical malt Flavour and no off flavours.
