This product has been baked with oak woods in furnace for 5 days at 1200oC in loess germanium pot.

In the juk-yeom (bamboo salt) which has been baked at 1200oC in loess germanium pot for 5 days, various toxic material and foreign material are removed and mineral is increased.

Loess germanium pot is also safe and clean product which has been qualified by Health and Environment Research Institute of Choongchungnamdo in Korea.

Also according to the test report by Korea Bio R&D center, no lead and cadmium are detected in Whangtomi juk-yeom, and we have the only patent for such manufacturing technology in Korea.

Juk-yeom containing Strawberry and mulberry powder is a special functional one harmonizing soft and clean flavor.

In the strawberry baked in furnace with loess juk-yeom and strawberry, plenty of vitamin C is contained.

In the mulberry leaf baked in furnace with loess juk-yeom, plenty of protein is contained. Those protein consists of 20 kinds of amino acid, including glutamine 3.3% which helps blood clotting, alanine 3% and asparatic acid which effects against hangover(dried mulberry leaf), tyrosine 0.8% which effects to improve cerebrovascular blood circulation and prevents dementia by lowering cholesterol, serine 1.2% and some of glutathione which restrains cell aging.

And in mulberry leaf there are more than 50 kinds of mineral and eatable fibers more than 52%.

Other than these it contains vitamin A, B, C and D.
