PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer issues LOI with full banking information with authorization for soft probe attached including RWA text format on bank letterhead signed by two bank officers. ( RWA text format will be forwarded with official soft offer after inital inquiry ). 

2. Upon Seller's acknowledgement, Seller through Seller's mandate/representative sends FCO by e-mail.

3. Buyer returns signed and sealed FCO with acknowledgement to Seller

4. Buyer sends an "Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and sanitized contact information" addressed to Seller.

5. Seller issues draft SPA contract

6. Buyer accepts the terms of draft SPA contract

7. Buyer and Seller sign the SPA/contract and NCNDA/IMFPA.

8. Seller issues four hard copies of final SPA contract

9. POF=POP Bank-to-Bank

10. Seller opens 2% performance bond

11. Buyer opens the fully operative financial instrument.

12. Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract

The preceding soft quotes are Net and include mark-up/commissions.

Prices will differ subject to various payment terms, volume, length of contract and commissions.  Firm prices will be submitted if supported by an ICPO.  All prices given will be non binding unless a contract is signed.
