As usual, we brew puerh teas with below steps,

Step 1: Weight the dry tea - 7g for each steep is the better;

For strong steep: >7-9g;

For Light steep: <5-7g;

Step 2: Put into the Dry tea;

Step 3: Wash the dry tea;

Step 4: Release the tea soup;

Step 5: Enjoy it.

While for small puerh tuocha teas, it's mor easy, just brew it with a brew bag, using First freshly boiled water at 90°C (194°F) to 100°C (212°F), suitable for multiple infusions;

It is important not to overbrew the teas as they will easily go bitter or exhibit astringency, especially the cheaper varieties.
