Long life yoghurts: they can be kept without refrigeration and they have 220 days shelf-life (7 months and 10 days)
These yoghurts have 7 months and 10 days shelf life and they can be kept without refrigeration during sea transport (low cost) and during its all shelf life (no electricity needed to produce cold temperatures). These items are suitable for regions where electricity problems occur regularly.
This kind of yogurts is easilly sellable and there are not any problem of overstocking as they have more than 7 months to be sold. They are put in trays (6 packs of 4 x 125g) and they can be exposed in their original packaging.
As each cup has bar code and all legal required information (in Portuguese, English and French), you can even divide each pack of 4x125g and sell it individually (1 cup of 125g). By this way, we believe, sales for this product will increase exponentially .
Despite these special characteristics they are very creamy and tasty .
