Introduction of Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven
The hot air circulation drying machine is a kind of plate type drying machine and can be assembled and disassembled,

it adopts steam and electricity as heating source, equipped with low noise, high temperature resistant axial flow fan and 

automatic temperature control system, the whole cycle system is fully enclosed which makes the heating efficiency from 

traditional heating house 3-7% increase to the current 35-45%,the highest thermal efficiency can reach to 70%.the 

successful design of hot air circulation drying oven is not only save a lot of energy but also bring much economic benefits,

 widely used in many industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, etc.

Fruit Drying Machine Working Principle  
A.The hot air circulation drying oven is the use of steam and electricity as a heat source, is heated by a heater, a lot of hot

 air is circulated in the oven, through continuous supply of fresh air from air inlet into the oven, and then discharge from 

wet exhaust outlet, thus increasing the heat transfer effect, so that the inside material moisture gradually reduced.
B. Temperature: if heated by steam 50-140°C and the highest temperature is 150°C. If heated by far infrared 50-350°C.
C. Common vapor pressure: 0.02-0.8mpa, Drying plate size: 640*460*45mm.

Q:is the dryer working only by electric ? can it heat by gas or steam ?

A: There are three heating ways .Electric ,gas and steam .And electric heating is the normal and widely used one .

if using with gas or steam ,you have to have a steam generator or have gas or steam source .

Q:how long it takes to dry fruits and vegetables ?

A: we have total four models with capacity 120kg/batch,240kg/batch,360kg/batch and 480kg/batch .For different food ,it takes different time to dry .And the drying time is depending on the size of food you put ,the drying temperature etc .

Q:how we install the dryer machine ?

A:all wires are connected well before sending out ,and we will test each machines before sending .

if heating by electric ,when you get the machine ,just need to connect the wires to the outer electric brake. Then it can be working .

Q:can you power supply meet your local voltage supply ?

A:yes ,the normal power supply is 380v/50hz/3 phase and we can change them for your demands !
