Black-yellow Maaslander is a delicious fully ripened cheese with the creamy softness of a pure Maaslander. So less salt and meant for people who dislike the crumbliness and pungentsalty after-taste of the standard old cheese but do like the flavour of fully ripened cheese. This Maaslander is delicious on bread, suitable in sauces and fit for grating. Besides the black-yellow Maaslander there is also a green-yellow Maaslander with a mild and creamy flavour and moreover a red-yellow Maaslander with a full bodied and creamy flavour.
