| Recipie to prepare Maizeflakes Snacks : | |||
| 1. | First get fried your Maize Flakes | ||
| 2. | Then Heat oil in a separate pan (on very low heat) and add Mustard seeds. Wait until they sizzle | ||
| 3. | Then add curry leaves, asafetida powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cashew nuts, peanuts and CHILLI POWDER as per your taste. Stir a minute. Mix this all well. | ||
| 4. | You can also add other spices as per your liking | ||
| 5. | Pour this mixture on fried Maize Flakes | ||
| 6. | Add some salt and sugar as per taste. | ||
| 7. | Mix all, until Maizeflakes are well coated with the spice blend | ||
| 8. | Maizeflakes Snacks are ready to eat.Enjoy! | ||
