6YM-5 Corn Miller
This Miller can peel corn skins and take off corn embryoes in a dry condition and successful rate can up to90%. The equipment can produce particles of corn, corn embryoes, corn skins, and other products. Those products can be processed further to fine corn powder, corn oil and etc. The device has low energy consumption; installation power is about 32 kW, a high automation, convenient and reliable operation. Throughput is about 200~500kg/h.
Processes are as follows:
After cleaning up corn, sieve to remove impurities, enter the water tank elevator, in the water tank elevator, the skin of corn will moist, then enter the stock tank, then the Peeling Crusher make the corn into corn particles, the particles will enter the embryo machine to separate the embryo with corn skin, then the corn particles will enter the mill to make corn powder, come out of the machines.
Corn -> sieve -> moist -> peeling -> remove skin -> remove embryo -> separate -> withdraw corn particles -> mill -> packaging.
