Our durian paste are widely used by dessert house, bakeries, culinary, hotel and restaurants in Asia, USA and Australia.

Durians are from GAP farm and meanwhile our processing factory is GMP certified located in the heart of best durian farms in Raub, Pahang, Malaysia.

Every batches of stock undergo straight quality control:
1) Durian paste filtering process (manual filtering by manpower using LED light box to remove any fruit seeds or seeds skin in the durian flesh)

2) Every batch of stock will be tested for brix count and texture test to ensure consistent quality produce

3) Every batches of stock to send for lab test and analysis to ensure food safety (TPC, coliform, E coli, Salmonella, etc) and to obtain Health Certificate.
