Introduction:
This product is made from ripe fruit of gramineae annual herbbarely by germination and dry.It is yellow or light yellow-brown.Its endosperm is a kind of powder and its big, milky white and light aweet,which is better with big ,yellow , full and completed bud.It is one of the main raw materials of beer.
The barely malt include the raw barely malt (yellow barely malt) and the re-produced barely malt ( dark malt, light caramei malt, dark caramel malt, coffee malt and choclate malt).
