Properties :
A white, crystalline powder having a characteristic caramel-butterscotch odor and suggestive of a fruity-strawberry aroma in dilute solution.
One gram dissolves in about 80ml of water, in 21ml of ethanol, in 80ml of glycerin and in 28ml of propylene glycol.

It is used with flavor enhancer which as the viscosity is usually 50-250 ma/kg.
