M altose syrup is colorless and transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and fragrance of malt. It has been used in candy, drinks and beer brewage . High maltose syrup inside human body is able be metabolized without insulin, so it elevate the level of blood sugar in a considerable slow pace, which is unharmful to the diabetes and obese group.
