1.Aplication of the tomato pulp machinery :

This machine is widely used in fruit and vegetable pulping.

 For the  fruit, such as: orange, grapes, kiwi fruit, meat, red bayberry, peach (to core), a result, the sauce, stone fruit seed, skin can be separated,  for the  vegetables (tomato, pepper, cut off), celery (cut), a vegetable juice, vegetable bar isolated,  it  is an ideal machine for making jam, fruit juice, vegetable juice .

5.Preparation before using : .

1, the machine is installed on the basis of sound,  then  tighten the foot screw .
2, open the cylinder, cleaning  it, pls note that do not let the  water  leak to the motor .
3, adjust the scraper and the screen wall space for 7 .5mm~ 2mm;
4, adjust the angle  of the  blade spiral  .
5, hand rotating spindle  to confirm if it  is flexible, cover the cylinder  and  tighten  it .
6, before feeding, thick skinned fruits should be peeled. 
7, the processing fruits and vegetables  should  be cleaned.
8, Connect the power supply . Open the power, to check if the machine operate normally and the sounds is normal .

 

6.Operation of the tomato tomato pulp machinery :

1.Switched the power, then the motor started.

2, feeding appropriately, uniform, do not feed too much, affect the juice rate;

3, when feeding , do not throw the hard, dirty things into the cylinder;
