Oregan's Active UMF 15+ Manuka Honey is a dark, cream honey with special anti-bacterial activity called Unique Manuka Factor (UMF). Manuka flowers have a strong aromatic fragrance and when freshly opened, are full of nectar and much sought after by the honeybee. Laboratory research has shown that the UMF and hydrogen peroxide found in this honey kills bacteria and fungi found in wounds and stomach ulcers.
