In 2008, Borde launched a new range of mushrooms marinated in aromas made up of 3 Borde preparations:
- Marinated mushrooms
- Marinated wild mushrooms
- Marinated porcini
The onions are slightly browned in oil, and then the preparation is enriched with aromas and white wine. The mushrooms are added at the last moment in order to preserve their firmness. These recipes do not contain flavour enhancers or preservatives.
