Properties and Uses:
Antispasmodic, calmative, carminative, diaphoretic, expectorant, stomachic, tonic. An infusion of the fresh herb has beneficial effects on upset stomach and indigestion, headache colic, and nervous complaints, as well as on coughs, whooping cough, and other respiratory ailments.
