Marlenka miracle from honey
Gevorg Avetisyan came to the Czech Republic with his family from Armenia. Thanks to the Marlenka honey cake, which his sister Hasmik Avetisyan started to bake in 2003 according to an old family recipe, a company was born. The company is dynamically growing and its activities have reached also foreign countries. The company started with only two employees, but with regards to continuously growing demand, nowadays it has about one hundred employees. Company gained the Certificate ISO 9001:2000 and the Certificate of Environmental management ISO 14001:2004.
Honey cake, Cacao cake
This honey cake has, due to old Armenian honey recipe, and use of Caramel creams, a durability of 25 days if stored at a temperature range from 1oC up to 25oC. While making, we keep the hand process, we do not use any conservation substances, and these are in the honey from the beekeepers of the Beskydy Mountains.
