The day my daughter Martina was born we were all impressed by her bushy shaggy hair, she could never
rest, she was always screaming... She has grown but things haven’t changed..., she always screams...We called her Martinè, the name we give to wild bees in our area... and from which everyone keeps carefully away!!! One day an important company thought that we could not call my daughter that way……and that’s the story of Marty.
Appellation: Sparkling brut rosè.
Grape: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Nero, Chardonnay.
Production area: Vineyard in Montalto pavese.
Vinification technique: Destamming, cold maceration on the skins followed by soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 50 hl. Natural vinification system of biological grape
Description: Persistent and intense fruit character of wild strawberries and red berries. Very delicate on the palate with small and elegant bubbles. crisp acidity and good persistence.
Serve at a temperature of : 6/8 °C
Recommended serving: Ideal as aperitif, fish crudité and white meat. Can also be served during the whole meal.
