A blend with a majority of Chenin Blanc, which gives it an exceptional liveliness for a Southern France wine. A lot of character and intensity thanks to low yields enabling the expression of the terroir. The wine is redolent of white fruit and citrus fruit enhanced by a nice minerality and a lively touch typical of the terroir. Smooth, ample and persistent in the mouth, with a fresh finish.
