Winemaking Notes:
100% Pinot Gris. Long, cool fermentation in 100% stainless
steel tanks, capture the expressive, clean Fruit Flavors
characteristic of vineyards in this area. Harvested at lower
brix, the natural acid levels compliment the crisp apple and
pears flavors of our Three Pears. The lengthy fermentation
produces wines with great balance, clean mid-palates,
rounded out by a slight sweetness.
Tasting Notes:
Aromatics of crisp pear, pippin apple and citrus. Nectarous
pears, peaches and apples combine in a rich mouthfeel,
complemented by a savory acidity.
