Mavrud Special Reserve
This Bulgarian red wine is produced from selected Mavroud Grapes, grown in the Assenovgrad region. Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October. Grapes are picked in technologic ripeness of over 21% sugar content and wine is made with selected strain of yeast in order to fully extract the phenols and the aroma compounds.
Color and taste: Intense ruby colour with brownish nueances. The wine posses well developed aromas of oak and black fruits, soft and harmonious flavour. The taste is long and impressing.
It's suitable to be served with red meat dishes, game and hard spicy cheese at temperature 18°C.
