The Maya Cafe Ocean Blue took many years in the making, the idea behind it was to create a complex but sweet espresso. One that could be used both as a single shot as well as for prepared beverages. Many coffees were evaluated from different parts of Guatemala in order to enhance cream formation and a completely new flavor profile. Then the roasting degree was delicately explored in order to create a natural balance between the diverse coffee components involved.
