Specific vineyards were selected and treated according to optimum viticulture practices. Planted on deep alluvial and yellow soft Karoo-soil, grafted on Richter 99 rootstock. Vines are trellised on an extended trellised system.
Vinification
Grapes were destemmed, crushed and mash-cooled before draining. Free-run Juice was settled overnight at low temperature. Clear juice was inoculated with selected yeast for cold fermentation. After fermentation the wine was racked before preparing for bottling.
