The meat and seafood division of Kibsons International began operations in 1999. Since then it has been supplying products to a range of discerning customers from in-flight caterers, ship chandlers and large meat processing companies to specialty restaurants and hotels. "We provide all kinds of products that our customers require and have grown from strength to strength," says John Arnold, Manager of the Meat Division at Kibsons International. The division employs about fourteen people including butchers drivers, sales staff etc. Kibsons vehicles transport its products in a hygienic and temperature controlled environment to customers.
In March 2005, Kibsons started a meat production factory in Al Aweer. It is the only one of its kind in Dubai and provides ready-made processed and portioned meat to customers. Chefs at restaurants and catering companies can directly start cooking the meat straight from the pack.
