Perfetti Van Melle Benelux B.V. Holland (""PVM"") owns the registered trademarks applied to or used in relation to this product, including the Mentos and PVM marks and logos (""PVM's marks""). It prohibits any anauthorised party from: (a) applying or using in physical relation to this product (i) a mark other than PVM's, or (ii) any of PVM's marks, if the state, condition, get up or packaging the goods were offered to the public has been altered; (b) altering, partially removing or obliterating any representation of PVM's marks applied or used in physical relation to this product; (c) if any of PVM's marks has been applied to or used physical relation to this product, together with other matter indicating that PVM or its authorised user has dealt with the product - removing or obliterating. totally or in part, any representation of PVM's marks without totally removing or obliterating the other; (d) using on the product or on its packaging or container anything that is likely to injure the reputation of PVM's marks
