2 nd Harvest: fist week of october 2009, slightly overriped grapes in wooden crates for drying process of 45 days
Vinification of 1 st harvest: classic maceration in fermenters for 14 days. Finished malolactic maceration in steel tanks.
Vinification of 2 nd harvest : classic maceration in fermenters for 30 days.
Maturation of 1 st : 24 months in stainless steel tank
Maturation f 2 nd : 18 months in oak barrels with compleeted malolactic fermentation
Residual sugars: dry (3,4 g/l)
Alcohol degree: 13,5 % vol.
Acidity: 4,21 g/l
