HARVEST    

On bins 450 kg .Stemming and Crushing. Sulfited 5 g/hl and the addition of Enzymes 1 g / hL Harvest date in April.

 

WINEMAKING  

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures 26 and 28 º C for 6 to 8 days with selected yeasts. Brief maceration on their lees according to taste. Malolactic fermentation. Open pump over every 2 to 3 months. Static cold tartaric stabilization and filtration.

 

TASTING NOTES

Wine young red ruby color, intense varietal aroma with notes of fresh herb and plum and a slight tint from the wood toasting. Harmonious and balanced in the mouth with fruit and long aftertaste.
