Wild Harvested Geoduck from the Sea of Cortez, Mexico. Although they are recognized as “warm water” geoduck, they are harvested in water between 20-35 feet deep where the water temperature is quite cool. Average weight of 1.5lb – 3.0lb. They are packed in HACCP facilities and will have a health certificate for export by the Mexican Fisheries. We pack 10% over on orders, with allowable receivable limit of 95% weight, which would be made up by having the Geoduck recuperate in tanks.
