The dedication in the art and distillate production has been handed down by our ancestors from generation to generation. Today, farmers in this region we have grouped under the name Three Peoples to share with you this drink that our grandparents called "drink of the Gods " and so you too can taste the mezcal of excellence that we have enjoyed for centuries just us.

History
In Mexico in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries began the transformation of large estates, distillation systems were widely disseminated, the Spanish had the financial resources to develop agriculture and industry agave mezcal. At this time the mezcal industry faced the problem of the prohibition of the manufacture and marketing of spirits. They wanted to promote. the importation of Spanish wines and spirits. The governor of New Galicia Canseco and Juan Quinonez decide regulate the manufacture and trade of mezcal, having sealed the creation of taxes and to ensure quality control which was introduced in Guadalajara ..
In 1785 was awarded to Jose Antonio Cuervo in order of the mayor of New Galicia extensive farm lands in the Villoslada, Jalisco and in 1795 Jose Maria Guadalupe Cuervo received the King of Spain's first concession to produce mezcal. The first distillery is "Hacienda Cuisillos" property of Pedro Sanchez de Tegler (1158) which is called the father of mezcal it was he who introduced the cultivation of agave in Tequila Valley (1695), the second Cuervo Montaño family in "Hacienda de Arriba."
