Complete steam fired brewery 300L/batch installed at France( Ahuzat habait brewery).
The brewhouse include 3 vessels: Kettle, Lauter and whirlpool. Kettle and whirlpool both steam fired. In this case whirlpool can be used as hot Liquor tank. Brewhouse operation controlled by automatic controll unit installed at working plattorm:
Steam operation controlled by multisegment programmable controllers with option to save up to 10 brewing recepies. This option allow automatical boiling and mashing ability.
Wort and Filter pumps have frequancy speed controlls operated by original Danfoss VDF controllers.
The pumps are sanitary grade driven by original Siemens or ABB silent motors.
Temperature of Lauter shown on the controll box by temperature controller.
The temperature of the transfered wort to fermentation tanks controlled by temperature controller installed at heat exchanger and shown on the control box. Heat eachanger is 2 circuits exchanger made from SUS304 with installed wort filer to keep heat exchanger clean from grains.
The material of brewery is sanitary grade SUS304 made by Pohong Korea, the best stainless steel for Beverage industry.
Inner thickness of cylinder is 3 mm and of the bottom is 4 mm.
Outer cladding thickness is 2.5 mm. The tanks insulated by PU foam 100 mm thickness.
Heating process done by steam generator 100kg/h of steam. The steam generator can be LPG gas or electricity fired. The steam generator from CE sertified supplier:
Steam generator is full automatic operation by integral control box with full set of safety tools and alarms. Steam generator equipped with original Italian gas burner and supplied with water softener system to keep the steam generator at best conditions for the years. Water softener have full automatic operation by pregrammable controller.
Fermentation line:
Fermentation line include Glycol cooling tank, chiller group, ice water pump and fermentation tanks.
Glycol cooling tank made from SUS304 with copper coil inside for freon cooling from the chiller:

We always supply 2 ice water pumps and install them together with operation from fermentation control cabiner. Second pump installed by pass for safety operation.
