Koopsut increased its capacity and product portfolio by making planned investments since 1970, and is continually growing. Where it was continually deteriorating because of unplanned operations until 1970, the company increased its raw milk capacity to 10 tons/day by making informed investments after 1970. This capacity can grow up to 70-80 tons per day in weekends and national holidays. In mid 70s because there were no other diary products processing company so Koopsut assumed this responsibility.
While in the beginning processed raw milk was 70% of all milk in the country, this declined to 35% even when Koopsut increased its total raw milk processing because the produced milk in the country increased and also other producers increased in number.
