Skim Milk Powder is prepared by removing the fat from whole milk by using a

cream separator followed by remover of water through spray drying process.

Since the fat is removed it is suitable for many therapeutic conditions like diabetic,

obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases, hypertension etc. The product can be

used in preparing a variety of milk based product such as:

Tea, Coffee, Ice-cream, Milk-shake, Curd, Chenna and Khoa.
