1. Straight auger device

The length of straight auger inside pipe extends into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of filler falling. The purpose is to keep sealing margin clear not stained by dropping filler material when sealing process, which can make package air proof. The stick package powders of pepper, chili, tea and that are very light fillers easily cause dust.

2. Application

The machine can pack coffee, medicines, milk powder, spices, chili powder, sugars and vegetable powder and others like powder.

3. High speed

The speed can reach 60-100 bags per minute.

4. #304 stainless steel 

The machine house is made of high quality 304 stainless steel which is not easy to get rust. It's more healthy and meet the GMP standard.

5. Touch screen

The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface of micro-computer. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured.
