Delivery : Fist Shipment 20 days from the date of receipt of  LC, then one shipment every 10days.  

Payment  : By At Sight Letter of Credit for 100% value opened by a prime bank.

                  OR 30% advance along with firm purchase order and balance 70% by

                  usance letter of credit payable 60days from B/L date.

Inspection  : Inspection for Quality and Quantity will be done by SGS or any other inspection agency appointed  by the buyer. Cost of inspection shall be to buyer’s account.
