Character: Colorless cubic crystallization or white crystal powder,Melting point is 252.6 °C. The relative density is 2.338, and it dissolves in water. Its aqueous solution is acidity. But doesn’t dissolves in ethanol . Heat it up to 400 centirade, melts and becomes transparent liquid. After efrigerating, it become opaque potassium metaphosphate. And it is easy to deliquesce.
Uses: Used as a fertilizer, flavoring agent, brewing yeast culture agent,and used in medicine and manufacturing of potassium meta-phosphate.
