Extruded Corn Starch
Extruded starch is one of the most versatile raw materials due to its property of forming gels and thickeners .
Depending on the properties , extruded starch is used to make the products appropriate texture, appearance, moisture, consistency, and stability during storage.
Potato, wheat, rice, corn, tapioca starches extrusion produced by "Ladoga LLC" is used:
Appearance: a fine homogeneous powder
Color: white, yellowish tint is allowed
Moisture: not more than 10%
Ash content: not more than 0,3%
Swelling: 12 - 16%
Freeness: not less than 100%
Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture
Packing: 25 kg kraft bags with inner polyethylene liner
