Is a typical Egyptian vegetable naturally rich in iron. It has dark green leaves. The product is obtained from the best varieties. Through its qualified experts, our factory looks for the best plantations specialized in producing the higher quality of this raw vegetable especially that this product is always appreciated and requested by the Egyptian consumers as well as by other consumers all over the world.
The selected molokhia leaves have a live green color and a high degree of sweetened substance characterizing this product which has a succulent taste after its preparation in our factory.
After receiving it, the molokhia leaves are stripped off in a special area, reserved for this operation, where the molokhia leaves with a small part of the stems are selected and preserved at the dry status without being contaminated by any insecticide, parasite or any insect; strange herbs are also removed.

After a strict selection of the raw material, the leaves are carefully stripped off then washed, sorted, blanched, cut and immediately frozen in order to preserve their natural nutritive and taste characteristics.

During the production phase, the molokhia is chopped, bagged and weighted automatically; a minimum humidity is kept in the bagged product in order to allow preparing a rich green soup satisfying the selective gourmets.
