   As one of the secondary metabolites, Monascus Red is a natural functional pigment produced by microbial fermentation. The pigment  is made from rice and soybean by liquid deep fermentation and unique extraction and refining technology. A small amount of Monascus Colors pigment can greatly improve the coloring of food, make it look more delicious and cause more appetite.

Usage:
