 Introduction:-

morels are delicious mushrooms which can be found growing all over the world in a wide variety of habitats every spring. Morels are among the most prized of the edible mushrooms because they have a rich and complex Flavour that goes well with almost any food. morel also has a very distinctive appearance which makes them readily identifiable, assuming they can be found at all. Morels are notorious for being very elusive mushrooms.

Grading:-

Kashmir has a wide range of forests & among other herbs morels also grew here. People from far flung areas collect morels from the forests and sell it to us at very competitive price. After purchasing morels are divided in to different grades as per their quality. We divide the morels in different catagories i.e

1. Morels with tail

2. Morels without tail

3. Tails

4. sand bags.

Quality control:-

After grading morels are sent to quality control department where they are checked by our food technologists and quality control managers and then forwarded to packaging department.

Packaging:-

Packaging is done as per the international standard at our packaging department and then forwarded to our esteemed customers.
