Our chocolate factory in France is located in Wasselonne, near Strasbourg the capital city of Alsace. Alsace is well-known for its chocolate production (such as Kraft and Mars).
The size of factory is 1000sqm with 16 employees and capable of producing 50 tons chocolate per year (which could be stepped up to 70 tons if the factory is running at full capacity).
Our factory produces French Chocolate, which contains pure cacao - no additives except milk, sugar, nuts or fruits.
The content of cacao in our dark chocolates is 60% , while our milk chocolate is 32% .
